Attack! Finance Interns will learn the inner workings of an Event Marketing Agency while working on day-to-day operations, including research projects, data entry and general administrative responsibilities.

Information Technology / Web Development Intern (San Francisco Office)
Attack! IT/WD Interns will jump in immediately at a preperatory level in the design, integration, and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
They will also assist in general helpdesk, server maintenance, and anything else required by the mad geniuses in the IT/WD department!
Required Skills:
- Self-motivated, organized, confident, determined and assertive

- Able to provide IT support to end-users with a helpful and courteous attitude
- Great on the computer, capable and familiar with basic SQL database structure, capable and familiar with (or capable of quickly learning) Windows 7, MS Office 2007/2010, and Windows Server 2008 R2 (yes, Microsoft blows, Linux rules, we have told the powers-that-be); Thunderbird and Outlook; Google Apps email, calendar, docs; Firefox and Chrome browsers; QuickBooks Enterprise Edition; VOIP phones; etc.

Producer/Project Manager (Los Angeles Office & Remote Work)
Attack! is seeking a Producer/Project Manager to work with the Production Department for multiple temp projects. Ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule with open availability as well as previous agency experience or experience with planning & managing marketing projects, (i.e. research, pricing, client communication, event planning/production). You'll be assisting a Senior Level Producer. Work will be conducted in our Los Angeles office or remotely (per project basis).
Qualifications
- Marketing and/or events focused (or relevant experience)
- Outgoing, pro-active, creative
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills

Account Manager (Los Angeles & San Francisco Office)

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the account team, project managers, and new contractors
- Interview, screen talent, contract, manage staff for nationwide programs & events
- Event planning & scheduling, manage logistics for nationwide programs & events
- Masterfully employ Attack!'s proprietary staff management technology - PeopleTracker™
- Manage the project reporting process from start to finish: establish objectives, set deadlines, keep a master schedule, collect copy & photos, obtain clients' approval, edit & post final reports
- Maintain daily communication with Los Angeles, New York, Chicago & Denver branches
Requirements
- 2+ years agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience as a team and project leader
- Excellent grammar, written, and verbal communication skills
- Organization, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills, an ability to multi-task and prioritize
- To be proactive, self-disciplined, and obsessed with seeing tasks through to completion
